All sales are final on digital products.

 

Because our products are instant digital downloads, we do not offer refunds once the files have been accessed or downloaded. This policy is in place because digital products cannot be returned in the way physical goods can.

 

If you experience a technical issue with your download — for example, a broken link, a file that will not open, or an incomplete download — please contact us at the email address on our Contact page and we will resolve it promptly.

 

We will always work to make sure you can access what you purchased. If you are having any difficulty, reach out before assuming the issue cannot be fixed.
